I approached the creative process by reimagining learning as something joyful and relatable. The idea of a Minion-inspired mascot emerged as a way to break down complexity with playfulness. I sketched a character that embodied curiosity, teamwork, and growth, then refined its expressions and gestures to feel approachable and supportive. The visualisation focused on bright colors, shapes, transforming AI Con from a formal tool into a friendly companion that guides learners with personality and warmth.
